I don’t know what exact mechanical aspect is malfunctioning, but this isn’t working. It’ll feel fine, but then the suction and motor power will sharply drop so sharply that it’s difficult to tell whether it’s still on. I think the inner membrane thingy inside the mouth is getting stuck in a forward position; when the toy’s stopped sometimes pushing the membrane back will kick the toy back into gear for a few seconds.A broken product isn’t necessarily a big deal. It’s usually pretty easy to resolve the issue. But that’s the problem here.There’s no discrete way to return it. There’s no discrete way to replace it. There’s no discrete way to refund it. The only available route is to call Amazon and discuss the matter with somebody from customer service. Best case scenario: uncomfortable. Worst Case: completely mortifying.It’s reasonable the LELO doesn’t accept returns (No warehouse employee deserves to have to handle used sex toys). It’s unfortunate (but understandable) that I lack the courage to call a complete stranger to openly discuss a sex toy and the nitty-gritty of my personal experience with it.LELO isn’t (completely) responsible for the lack of an easy return method.
