Hello.Today I have taken receipt of this order and I have to be honest I am so upset by it. I know I cannot return it but I am insisting on a refund as I feel so misled by the marketing of this product.First of all it is huge and very loud. There is no way this could be described as discreet.Secondly there is no way this would fit the average man. My wife (a nurse & midwife) and I tried this once this evening. Not only could we not get it on anywhere near fully – had we tried harder we could have caused me damage, but as attempting we turned the device on and it was so loud.There is no suction what do ever.There is no 360 rotation at all.Add to that, there are no instructions at all, anywhere. It might seem like an obvious product to use, but there is no advice explaining how to use the air vents, what the difference in settings are and how to get the most from the device. You are just left in the darkI would like to make an official complaint. I would like the hard early money I have wasted refunded – even if it meant I had to spend it with the same retailer. I feel so aggrieved by this.Can someone please contact me.

The sensations are OK, the vibrating power is sufficient, but the overall performance is very very poor. The “suction” is near zero and the movement is far from realistic. The product is incredibly bulky yet not large enough inside. It is clunky to use and not really thought through for an intimate environment. Above all, it is LOUD, very loud, which is incredibly off-putting as your entire block will know whenever you use it. As I measure it at 1m with an app on my phone, the noise levels are quite similar to a washing machine, which is also an instant mood killer.The idea is good, but the technical execution is still very bad and it feels almost like a prototype.I’ve bought many other products from their brand and they had all been fantastic, but I have no idea what they were thinking when releasing this one to the market.

I have a few Lovense toys and I have to say this max 2 I don’t find much good it’s a waste of money as many say here I’ve tried to do various things I’ve updated it in the web but it’s just not strong at all yes it looks nice and expensive but I really don’t think it’s for me does nothing for enjoyment

Flawed design that needs improvement: The main selling point of the Max 2 seems to be the ability for partners to long-distantly remotely control the device over a Wi-Fi Network.? A good idea in theory? But not practical in Real-World Use.? unless you can live with the unreliable UK networks connections.? Construction of the device is good/average and the supplied internal tpe sleeve is of poor/average sensations. Also the Magnetic Charging-Point is very hit-and-miss to reliably recharge the device

Incredible, with one potential caveat.
Lovense has done it again with another excellent product. The effects it has are incredible, with the vibrations hitting at just the “right spot”, and the contractions really being the star of the show and something I haven’t seen before.Beware however, the opening on this thing is incredibly tight. It may be a bit overkill for guys with girthier meat. I’ve heard the alternate sleeve you can purchase separately is a bit looser; maybe give that a try.
